Similar to the Kalita Wave and the April brewer, the B75 is a flat-bottom brewer that uses basket-style filters. Unlike conical brewers, the flat bottom design allows for faster drainage and ensures a more uniform extraction across all the coffee grounds with a little less fuss.

Something that sets this brewer apart from other flat-bottom devices is its open bottom. This means your brew flows fast, whilst still achieving the same level of extraction as, let's say, a longer brew in a Kalita - you do have to pour from a height and agitate a bit though.
