It's the end of the line for the Fellow Ode Gen 1, and the last few are going for silly money. Honestly, at this price, it's an absolute bargain.

The Ode has always been a brilliant little grinder for home filter brewing. With its original 64mm flat burrs, it makes genuinely excellent pour-overs and wicked cafetières, with consistent grind quality, low retention and a refreshingly straightforward workflow. It's compact, looks lovely on the kitchen counter and is a pleasure to use.

And the best bit? You can upgrade to Fellow's Gen 2 burrs whenever you fancy. They give you a wider usable grind range, making the Ode more versatile for finer brewing methods like moka pots. You might even get a decent espresso out of it with the right setup, although Fellow doesn't recommend the Ode for espresso grinding.

There are only a handful of these left, and once they're gone, they're gone. If you're after a proper electric grinder for home filter brewing without spending a fortune, we reckon you'd struggle to find better value.
